As we have moved with the new Israel into the JUBILEE, fifty years since the establishment of the New State, all things are changing.  In the recent past security, honour and esteem belonged to the Bureaucrats in our societies.  Top Government positions as well as the top jobs in the International Giant Companies were the respected elite.  Training and education was directed at these positions as the ultimate in human achievement.   The International Conglomerates are all now downsizing.   The security, honour and esteem that used to be attached to these organizations is falling away very rapidly.  The wealth of the unrighteous will fall into the hands of the righteous.  We are living in the GOD given re-birth of the entrepreneurial age.   The small entrepreneurial operators are creating 85% of all new employment.  The LORD GOD is creating an atmosphere for the prospering of all of HIS people in this earth.   Christian Business needs to be alerted and trained to take advantage of this blessing from the LORD.  Mindsets need to be changed as well as the visions and possibility thinking of the Christian Entrepreneur.  Around this world a new breed of Entrepreneur will force Governments to downsize.  The Entrepreneur will not be willing to pay the current exorbitant taxation rates.  New Entrepreneurial spirit is going to lead to massive privatization of all of the inefficient Bureaucratic Organisations.  Contrary to commonly held beliefs these moves will not create more joblessness but massive re-employment on a global scale.  Previous Business was concerned with taking out all that it could at the greatest possible profits.   Christian Business People are being raised up right now with a different philosophy of concern for the local communities and their people.   Real creative change in education is going to have to be implemented.  The next generation will not be educated to get a job but to create jobs.  Young people will have to be trained in a vastly different atmosphere than the present one in education.  The scope for Christian involvement in the development of a new and more focused program of education is unlimited.   We are living in an information age The present electronic links across the whole world are an opportunity for Business we have never had before.  The highest paid people today are those who are connected with the information age in which we live now.  To miss the great significance of this age is to miss the potential that flows from GOD.  The electronic age has given rise to new Networks or Franchising as the basis of a large percentage of new business.   In the late 16th and early 17th century in England the Quakers or Shakers as they became known in the USA were the economic force of their day.   The basis of their success was their faith in GOD linked to their formation of Networks with each other for development.  Although communication was very difficult in those times the Network was the tool of success. Consider for a moment the power of Networking that is possible in this present electronic age!   The Church needs to be re-educated to see and to understand the potential of these times.  As our Christian Business People begin to touch the Great Commission as a business goal, unprecedented economic success will result.   What Is ICBN? "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great and terrible day of the LORD comes. And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the land with a curse." Mal 4:5-6 (RSV)   Two things are very clear in this scripture.  Make ready a people for the return of CHRIST.  Prepare the way for the return of CHRIST.  What we see in the above scriptures is a Network of relationship between the Fathers and the Sons.   This will bring people together to build each other in faith and the undertaking of GOD in the lives of those committed to CHRIST.   The original WORD from the LORD expanded to the lives of Joseph and Daniel as well as Amos.  Contrary to what we have believed the LORD is vitally interested in the success of both Business People and the Political Leaders that HE anoints.  Daniel occupied a Government position.  Amos it seems conducted a Lumber business.  A number of the Prophets operated from their Business or Governmental positions.  We have segregated business from the church as being of the world and carnal.  The church has not properly understood the importance and need to both acknowledge and support the Business People and future leaders.  Business People are a very vital part of the Body of CHRIST and require ministry that is directed at their role and function.   JESUS will not return for a defeated church that has no influence in society, the market place and government.  The LORD is to return for a Glorious Church that is living in HIS victory and control of this earth.  The mandate of God to mankind has never been changed.  All things are possible in HIM.   " And God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it; and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves upon the earth." Genesis 1:28   We can see that the purpose of the church is to equip people to fulfil the will of GOD on this earth today.  The purpose of GOD will never be realised by people who have been taught to isolate themselves from the main stream of life on earth.  The heart of ICBN is to reach out across all church borders and boundaries to uplift all of the Business People across the world.  ICBN will assist all interested local churches in the establishing of new Chapters of ICBN wherever viable.   The Purpose To become the facilitator for the development of an economic force in the Business World.  Directing this force in the fulfillment of the Great Commission in this world.  Accepting a Mission that believes that we will live to see the kingdoms of this world become the Kingdoms of the LORD.   The Vision To bring together a world-wide Network of Business People in Local Chapters that are linked by the electronic capabilities of our day.  Operating this Network to the advantage and the benefit of every Member of the Network.  Sharing opportunities across the globe linking materials and capabilities to foster business.   The Mission To equip each member with the GOD given blessing of HIS SPIRIT and the potential of the supernatural in their fields.  To teach, train, activate and mentor Christian Business People in the advance of Kingdom Business.  Helping Business to meet the challenges through focused seminars with Christian Leaders in every area.   Values Maintaining a Kingdom vision Hearing the voice and leading of GOD Supporting the membership of the Network Relating with integrity and excellence Promoting teamwork wherever possible Practicing loyalty at all levels Commitment to quality in every area of service and trade Keeping to honest and open communication Practicing financial stewardship Fellowship with mutual accountability The original sin in this world came about with the deception that any person would be able to prosper alone.  JESUS HIMSELF showed the lie of this deception by firstly joining HIMSELF to twelve other men.  We know from Matthew 3 and the baptism of Jesus that our commitment to others fulfils the standard of righteousness that was broken by sin.   ICBN is your own opportunity to move out of isolation and the limitation of yourself into community.
